Order Processing
All hats are custom made-to-order and embroidered in-house by our team.
Please allow 2-14 business day] for production before your order ships. Processing times may vary during holidays, product launches, or high-volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Shipping Times
Estimated shipping times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, customs, or other factors outside our control are not the responsibility of our shop.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Please double-check:
- street address
- apartment or unit numbers
- ZIP/postal code
- city and state
Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout will be refunded upon recieving minus the original shipping charges once the package has been returned to us.
Customers may place a new order using the corrected shipping address.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at jack@madcapper.shop
Because orders can move into production quickly, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been placed.
We are unable to modify shipping addresses after an order has shipped.
